Good to Go With Photoshop

 Hi Everyone,

ITS informed me today that your email addresses have been entered into the Albertus database for Photoshop licenses... that means you can now download and use Photoshop for free... If you happened to download the trial version, you should delete that and download the non trial version so you don't have to pay for it.  You also have free access to everything Adobe offers...

If you have a Chromebook, you won't be able to run Photoshop.  If you want to work with it, one option is to check a laptop out of the Library for the Mod with Photoshop already installed.

Speaking of getting started, you could begin shooting and posting work here for the first assignment.

Some rules to follow:

-Only post new work, shot for this class.  I do check the EXIF Meta data which shows time and date and camera used.

-Only work with natural light... no flash!  It's ugly.

-Indoors, artificial light is generally not good to use... daylight is best.

This is an example, found on the web, of what I would like you to concentrate on for the first assignment... find shapes in the built environment, not nature to create designs that fill the frame.  Avoid sky!
