Nice work Brandi. Using natural light and looking for textures and shapes from a different perspective is what this was all about. You were able to get into the spirit of that nicely. My favorite is perhaps the one of the cloth second from the bottom with its dynamic texture and visible vibration. I love the framing of the rose… To improve it though I would reverse the light through editing. What I mean by that is to darken the outer edges with vignetting and to bring light to the core or the center of the flower using levels in Photoshop. Remember the focal point and light should align in the areas that take your eye away from the focal point should be darker.
