Oops... see how foggy the pictures are? That's because there is a smear of body oil over the lens (from holding the phone in your hands and fingers touching the lens area) ...It is important with phones especially to shoot with a clean lens. Also, it is helpful to move in closer and not include the window as that is the source of light... shooting into the source of light is usually a bad idea.
Get the person to move back a couple of feet and turn towards the lens a bit to see their face... move in closer. clean the lens... the pictures will improve dramatically.
